ARRIVING IN COLORADO
If you are coming from out of town, you will most likely fly into Denver International Airport, which is about 2 hours away from Vail. However, there is often traffic on I-70, so please leave yourself plenty of time to get to the mountains for the events.
There is also the option to fly into Eagle County Regional Airport (40 minutes from Vail), but there are far fewer flight options.
Transportation from Denver airport to Vail
If you prefer not rent a car you can reserve a spot on the Epic Mountain Express, which will pick you up at DIA and shuttle you to Vail. You will receive 10% off if you book through this link.
If you choose to rent a car from the Denver airport, please check with your lodging to ensure you have a place to park.
Additionally, the Vail Chapel and Lion Square Lodge have limited guest parking so please plan accordingly.

Lion Square Lodge is where our reception is and where the wedding party will be staying. We would love for you to join us!
They have a variety of room types from 4-bedroom rooms to studio rooms. All guests will get a 10% discount on the room rates. There is a two night minimum stay.

Evergreen Lodge at Vail
The Evergreen Lodge is an affordable hotel located right between our two venues!
Our wedding guests can receive a 10% discount on any night between 8/29/25 and 8/31/25. Please be advised that the discounted room rates are based on “availability”. These space available rates are based on a discount from the Best Available rate, which is dynamic. That rate will increase closer to your dates of stay, so the earlier guests book their rooms, the better rate they receive.
